RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
- If for any reason you would like to return the product you have received you may do so within the first 14 days from when you receive your parcel as long as the order items are completely unused and unopened.
- The cost of the return shipping fund will be deducted from your return amount. Please make sure you keep hold of any proof of postage receipt in case this is needed.
- In order to process your return, please head over to the ‘contact us’ section of our website regarding your name, your order number and the reason for return. We will get back to you asap with any necessary details.
- We won’t accept returns of products that have been opened due to hygiene and safety reasons.
- If you have any concerns about damaged items or any problems with your product, please contact us within 7 days and we will help you find the best solution.
DELIVERY
- Our order processing time is 1-2 working days. Delivery is Royal Mail second class 2-3 working days.
- darcybeauty can not take responsibility for any transport delays out of our control.
DISCOUNT CODES
- We may offer discount codes throughout the year. These usually apply to the price of the items in the basket excluding shipping fees unless we make a specific discount for those shipping costs eg. free delivery.
- You can not use more than one discount code per order. They are not transferable or redeemable for cash. We reserve the right to reject any discount code if we consider that it is being used in breach of these terms.
DATA CHECK
- We may run some checks of your data before your order is shipped. Including verifying your address and payment details linked to your order placed.
- We have the right to cancel/reject your order if we believe it to be suspected of fraudulent activity, we are unable to deliver to the shipping address provided, your billing information is not correct or unable to verify, if there are any mistakes in the price/website information and if the product is unavailable/out of stock.
